Training & Treatments with Monu

At Monu we strive to do all we can to assist our clients and customers. When you choose Monu we make it our aim to help you every step of the way because we value your business as if it were our own. 

We believe that in order to understand our products and deliver our bespoke treatments to your clientele, every business needs in depth training and product knowledge. We regularly hold training days for both new and existing clients at our Head Quarters in Cheltenham as well as specially selected venues across the country. 

During your training you’ll get to meet our knowledgeable and friendly Skincare Educators, who are there not only to help you understand the brand and product benefits but to illustrate the best ways in which to perform our unique range of facial and body treatments. To truly understand and express to your clients the benefits of our invigorating products and treatments you’ll have the chance to perform them on your fellow students and also be able to experience them for yourself.

Once training is over and you return to your spa or salon to impart our advice and protocols on your clients, we do our best to ensure you have all of the advice, tips and tricks you need at your fingertips. As well as step-by-step treatment breakdowns, we also have a downloadable version of our Therapists Manual online (http://www.monuskin.co.uk/therapist-manual), explaining the benefits of our naturally innovative skincare products, along with handy hints and tips on how to incorporate them into your treatments and your clients skincare regime. Also included within the manual is a handy list of our key product ingredients and essential oils, ensuring you recognise their advantage on the skin and the need to include them within your skincare regime.

With a range of our facial, body care and tanning treatments included, you’ll be able to complete the treatments along with our Skincare Educator and teach your staff the correct ways in which to carry out the Monu treatments.
