TREATMENT
Peels, although great for mature skin, are also a welcome treat for anyone suffering with congestion, breakouts, acne, pigmentation and uneven skin tone. The powerful combination of Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic and Citric acids deeply exfoliates to loosen stubborn dead skin cells, unblock pores and firm skin; revealing a brighter, more youthful appearance after just one peel.
Once the Resurface and Peel paste has been massaged into clean skin the peel lotion is then gently applied to the face and neck using a fan brush. The combination of Paste and Lotion will emulsify and whiten on the face to release the invigorating natural acids to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and purify. A strength of Lotion for this treatment should be chosen based on the needs of your client and the sensitivity of their skin.
The peel should be left on the skin for 3-5 minutes before it is thoroughly removed with cool water. This exceptional form of exfoliation will instantly correct and brighten dull, lifeless complexions whilst clearing congestion and reducing signs of blemishes and imperfections. The invigorating properties of Glycolic Acid react with the third layer of skin, breaking it down by dissolving intracellular glue and sloughing off dead skin cells to reveal a smoother, healthier and more refined complexion.
Salicylic Acid, derived from the Willow Tree, actively cleanses by swelling, softening and peeling the top layer of skin. Using it in the Peel ensures blocked pores are cleared and inflammation reduced to treat signs of congestion, breakouts and blemishes.
